ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. — Its the first road trip of the year and the girls are all excited about playing Baylor. This is a big weekend after playing so well to open the year. The team spent time hanging in the airport waiting on our flight to Dallas. Then it was a long bus drive to Waco. Baylor is really good but we plan on kicking butt.
While we were hanging out in the airport, most of the girls were doing homework. Others were talking and eating since the coaches gave us sweet goodie bags. Nothing like starting a road trip with goodies!
It’s Texas time and we are ready for softball. We had some great news that a recruit committed and we’re all pumped and cheered really loud when coach beach got the message.
We woke up early today and got ready to play. Let’s make it a good day and win two.
