TULSA, Okla.— University of New Mexico sophomore Conor Berg and junior Ben Dunbar finished up competition at the ITA All-American Championship in Tulsa, Okla. Thursday afternoon.
Berg and Dunbar were eliminated from the tournament after their first match of the doubles main draw. They were defeated by the hands of Ionut Beleleu and Costin Paval from Oklahoma, 8-4.
The Lobo duo has had a successful season thus far, claiming the doubles title at the University of Denver Fall Invitational and making it to the semi-finals in the Midland College Invitational.
The ITA All-American will wrap up the fall season for Berg and Dunbar. They will compete again in the team’s spring season opener in February against Colorado State and Western New Mexico.
