Lobo fans wanting to not miss any of the action, or needing a quick recap of the previous week, can download the September 6, 2010 edition of “This Week in Lobo Athletics”, which has all of the information on the upcoming events for the week, a look back at last week’s action, and ways to follow Lobo events throughout the week.
Highlighting the week ahead is the football teams’ 2010 home opening game, as the Lobos welcome Tommy Tuberville and the Red Raiders of Texas Tech at 6 p.m. on Saturday night at University Stadium. Two home tournaments also highlight the week, as the men’s soccer team will host Georgetown and Portland in the TLC Plumbing, Heating and Cooling Lobo Invitational on Friday and Sunday, and the volleyball team will host the Comcast Lobo Invitational on Friday and Saturday in Johnson Gym.
