ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. — 2010 New Mexico Football Season Tickets will go on sale June 16. Tickets start as low as $72 for adults and $36 for youth. The Lobos will play six home games, including battles with Texas Tech, Utah, UTEP, San Diego State, Wyoming and TCU. Don’t miss all the exciting action in University Stadium. Fans who purchase season tickets can save a much as $54 off the walk-up price. The 2010 premium games are Texas Tech, Utah and UTEP.
UNM football returns 14 starters and 41 letterwinners, and brings in a stellar recruiting class. All-American Linebacker Carmen Messina returns to anchor the Lobo defense. Messina led the nation in tackles last year with 162 stops.
Offensively, New Mexico returns a wealth of young talent including running backs Demond Dennis and Kasey Carrier. Sophomore Ty Kirk is back after leading all MWC freshmen in receiving last year.
Get excited about the 2010 season and purchase your season tickets on June 16. The UNM ticket office is open Monday-Friday from 8:30 a.m. – 5 p.m. MT. The ticket office is located north of The Pit in the Student Services and Success Center.
