ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. — With Valentine’s Day right around the corner, the University of New Mexico Student-Athlete Advisory Committee hopes Lobo fans are in a giving mood, especially when it comes to saving another’s life.
The UNM SAAC, in conjunction with the ASUNM Community Experience office and United Blood Services, is hosting its annual Blood Drive on Tuesday, Feb. 16 from 10 a.m. – 4 p.m. in the Student Union Building Ballroom on UNM’s Main Campus. The Blood Drive is also is a competition among Mountain West Conference schools to see which school can get the most donated pints of blood.
Donations can be scheduled on the internet by clicking on the United Blood Services appointment page for the event.
