ALBUQUERQUE, N.M.— The University of New Mexico men’s tennis team wraps up its fall season this weekend with the ITA Mountain Regional at the Darling Memorial Tennis Center on the UNLV campus in Las Vegas, Nev. The event begins on Thursday, Oct. 21 and ends on Sunday, Oct. 25.
136 total players are taking part in the event with seven Lobos participating overall.
Sophomores Carl Ho and Phil Anderson as well freshman Jadon Phillips and Conor Berg will participate in singles and doubles action while sophomore Matt Neeld will just take part in singles and junior Joe Wood and sophomore Ben Dunbar will just play doubles.
The Lobos, who went 20-6 in 2009, will begin the dual season at home on Jan. 23, facing off against Texas A&M-Corpus Christi.
