The University of New Mexico Spirit Program started an exciting 2009 Fall Semester. For the first football game of the season, they traveled to Texas A&M to cheer on the Lobos vs. Aggies. The next 3 weeks consisted of home football games along with Volleyball and Men’s & Women’s Soccer games. The Cheerleaders, Dancers and Mascots are also very active in the community and volunteered at the Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure, events to support YDI and the Roadrunner Food Bank.
We look forward to the remainder of 2009 as we prepare for the UNM Spirit Competition, 2010 UCA College National Competition and the upcoming Men’s and Women’s Basketball seasons.
