“I think the players played extremely hard, but we turned the ball over too much. I thought the defense played fairly well, but we got beat a few times in man-to-man coverage. I think we got decent pressure on the quarterback tonight and the secondary played well.”

The bottom line to me is we played on the road against a conference team and found a way to make enough plays to win the game.”

“Defensively, we were able to get a lot of pressure. We kept improving as the game went on, getting pressure on the quarterback. We were able to get a couple of turnovers and we played hard, but we could’ve played a lot more assignment sound.”
