San Jose State ran 46 plays, tying for the lowest by a UNM opponent under 9th-year head coach Rocky Long…Air Force also ran 46 in 2001.

Sophomore TB Rodney Ferguson

rushed 22 times for 102 yards, his 4th 100-yard game of the season and 3rd straight -finished the season with 1,234 yards, the 4th-best single season total in school history -rushed for 450 yards in the last 4 games (112.5 average) and 685 in the last 6 games (114.2 average) -finished the season with 252 carries, 5th-most by a Lobo -finished the season with 1,525 all-purpose yards, No. 7 on the UNM single-season list -career-highs of 8 catches for 78 yards

Junior WR Travis Brown

caught 7 passes for 83 yards has a catch in 25 consecutive games and 30 of his 33 career games -has 106 career receptions (1,143 yards), 9th all-time at UNM

Junior WR Marcus Smith

notched his 9th TD reception of the season, tying for 4th (Don Black, 1958/Mike Henderson, 1990/Hank Baskett, 2005) on the UNM single-season list.

Redshirt freshman QB Donovan Porterie

made his fourth start of the year…Porterie hadn’t played in a game in 6 weeks since injuring his ankle in the 3rd quarter vs. TCU on Nov. 11. has a 3-2 record as UNM’s starting quarterback

Senior OT Robert Turner

started his 49th consecutive game at New Mexico, every game in his Lobo career…the only current UNM player to start 3 bowl games will play in the East-West Shrine Game Jan. 20 in Houston

Senior K Kenny Byrd

booted the first field goal in New Mexico’s 10 bowl appearances – a 40-yarder at the end of the first half -hit 19 FGs in 2006 the 2nd most in a single season at UNM…Colby Cason is the single-season leader with 21 in 1997. made 13 of 14 FGs in the last 8 games finished his career 33 of 41 on FGs, good for 80.5% accuracy – the best in MWC history and 2nd all-time at UNM. scored 4 points today, giving him 88, which is good for seventh in a single season at UNM -finished his career 3rd with 91 PATs made and tied for 7th with 190 points scored -had touchbacks on both kickoffs, finishing the season with an MWC-high 34

Sophomore CB Glover Quin

had 4 tackles today, giving him 63 for the season and the most by a Lobo cornerback since Art Celestine had 72 in1995 finished the season with 12 pass breakups, tying for the 6th-most in a single season at UNM

Sophomore CB DeAndre Wright
