Boise, Idaho – In the final day of the Boise Invitational the University of New Mexico women’s tennis team took on Washington State in singles winning four of their six matches today.

Mackenzie White had a perfect win to end her run in the Invite defeating Anastesia Opata 6-0, 6-0. Sandra Zmak was close behind only allowing her opponent one point in a 6-1, 6-0 match against Kara Konomos. Lucy Scott finished the day after a victory against Aleksandra Cekic (7-5, 6-1) while Ola Abou-Zekry took a 6-3, 3-6, 6-2 win over Amy Toth. Abou-Zekry and White are undefeated in singles play so far this season both sitting at a 6-0 record.

The Lobos will be back in action Oct. 13-15 in Midland, Texas for the Raquet Club Collegiate Invitational.
