University of New Mexico junior keeper Mike Graczyk was named the Brine Mountain Pacific Sports Federation Player of the Week after shutting out Portland in the first week of action. Graczyk posted six saves in the match, including three in overtime, to help the Lobos earn a season-opening draw on the road.

So far this season, Graczyk has led UNM to two shutouts and a 0.31 goals-against-average. He now has 15 shutouts in his career and is tied for second on UNM’s all-time shutout list. His 0.61 career g.a.a. is currently the lowest in school history. This is Graczyk’s second career MPSF Player of the Week honor.
