Details have been finalized, allowing the Lobos’ Sept. 9 football game at New Mexico State to be televised live by KRQE-TV, Albuquerque’s CBS affiliate. Kickoff is 6 p.m. from Aggie Memorial Stadium in Las Cruces. Mike Powers and Van Tate will call the game for KRQE.
“We’re grateful to KRQE for televising the Lobo-Aggie game to the fans of both schools,” said UNM director of athletics Paul Krebs. “We also appreciate the Mountain West Conference, CSTV, Comcast, New Mexico State and the Western Athletic Conference for providing the necessary approval for the telecast.”
