The Mountain West Conference today announced a few changes in the league’s football broadcast schedule that slightly impacts the University of New Mexico.
UNM’s game against Portland State on Sept. 2 will now start at 6:30 p.m. and be televised by the mtn. And the Nov. 18 game at BYU will kick off at 2 p.m. and also be shown on the mtn.
As the MWC said today, “The broadcast outlet(s) for the remaining handful of games on the schedule are still to be determined and may include broadband distribution, video-on-demand, customized local programming and/or wireless applications. UNM has three games – Oct. 7 vs. Wyoming, Oct. 28 at Colorado State and Nov. 25 vs. San Diego – that fall into this category.
The Lobos’ game at New Mexico State on Sept. 9 could also be televised.
