The City of Roswell declared March 10, 2006 DonTrell Moore Day in honor of the former University of New Mexico running back who finished his career as the school’s all-time leading rusher and never experienced a losing season at UNM. Moore, who graduated in December of 2005 with a degree in Criminology, was given a key to the city by Mayor Bill Owen and later spoke to a packed house at the Roswell High School gymnasium.
