2005-06 Women’s Basketball Schedule
The Lobo Howl is a FREE event. You don’t need a ticket to get in and there is no admission charge.
Basketball season is just around the corner and the annual Albuquerque Tricentennial Lobo Howl is set for Saturday, October 15, at 5:00 p.m. at The Pit. The Lobo Howl will be your first chance to see the 2005-06 New Mexico men’s and women’s basketball teams in action. Scheduled for the evening will be scrimmages by both teams, an alumni game featuring some of your favorite former Lobos, a slam-dunk contest by the men, a shooting contest by the women and the opportunity to purchase season tickets.
Doors open to the public at 5:00 p.m. beginning with a Select-A-Seat. The best 200 seats still available for men’s and women’s games will be marked for purchase, giving fans a chance to hand-pick their seats for the upcoming season. The night also includes alumni scrimmages featuring former men’s and women’s players. The women’s alumni team will feature Abby Garchek-Jaramillo, Cristal Garcia and Jordan Adams while the men’s alumni roster boasts Michael Cooper, Rob Robbins and Clayton Shields.
