ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. – The New Mexico baseball team hosts UNLV for a key three-game series this week (Thursday-Saturday, March 24-26) at Isotopes Park. The first game of the series is set for 12 p.m. on Thursday, while Friday’s game will start at 6 p.m. The series finale is set for Saturday at 12 p.m. The Lobos enter the series with an 11-12 (1-2 Mountain West) record after falling to New Mexico State, 8-5, Tuesday night in Las Cruces.

UNLV comes to Albuquerque with a 9-16 (3-0 Mountain West) mark after losing to Loyola Marymount Tuesday night in Las Vegas. The Rebels began MWC play by sweeping Air Force last weekend.

The Lobos claimed the season series from the Rebels in 2004, four games to three.
