Welcome to GoLobos.com’s “Ask the Player” section. Here you will be given a chance to present questions to your favorite Lobo men’s basketball player. We will take the best questions each week and post the answers on GoLobos.com. This week’s featured Lobo is sophomore Ryan Wall. Ryan is in his second year on the New Mexico men’s basketball squad. A native of Coppell, Texas, Wall is a 6-0 point guard who is a skilled passer and a fiery competitor. So far this season, Wall is playing the back-up role for the Lobos at the point guard position. He has seen action in five games this year, averaging 5.4 minutes in those contests. Although his playing time has been limited, Wall has shown fans that he is capable of stepping in when needed. He pushes players in practice and is a valuable member of the squad. A 2004 member of the Academic All-Mountain West Conference team, Ryan is majoring in Management.
