The New Mexico baseball program is hosting two camps this fall and winter at the Ambrose Alday Batting Complex at Lobo Field.
The first camp is a two-day hitting camp held Friday, Nov. 26 and Saturday, Nov. 27. The camp, which is all ages and costs $50, runs from 9:30 a.m. to 12 p.m. There is only space for 30 campers, so please contact the baseball office as soon as possible if interested.
The next camp, which runs for five weeks and costs $150, is a Spring Training camp for hitters. This popular camp will be divided into two groups: ages 10-14, and ages 15 through seniors in high school. The younger-age group will have camps on Monday nights from 7-9 p.m. for the following dates: Jan. 24, Jan. 31, Feb. 7, Feb. 14 and Feb. 21. The older-age group will be meet at the same time on Tuesday nights for the following dates: Jan. 25, Feb. 1, Feb. 8, Feb. 15 and Feb. 22. Again, space is limited to 30 campers per night, so register as soon as possible.
