Tulsa, Okla. – University of New Mexico women tennis players Maja Kovacek and Iva Gersic advanced past two rounds in the singles and doubles main draw Friday at the Wilson/ITA Central Region Championships. The two will represent UNM tomorrow in the singles quarterfinals and will be the New Mexico doubles team to play in the doubles quarterfinals on Saturday. The singles and doubles semifinals will also be played on Saturday. Matches begin at 8 a.m. (MDT).
