LAS CRUCES, N.M. – The University of New Mexico men’s tennis team will be represented in the singles and doubles finals at the New Mexico State Invitational tomorrow morning. Senior David Kowalski will take on the College of Santa Fe’s Ricardo Omana for the singles crown and he will team with classmate Ryan Stotland for the doubles title.
Going into today’s competition, Kowalski and freshman Max Jones were still bidding for the singles championship. Kowalski breezed through both his quarterfinal and semifinal matches while Jones continued to suprise the field, making it to the semifinals before falling just short to Omana.
