The 2004 New Mexico football media guide can still be purchased for same low price of $15 (check or cash) in the UNM media relations office or the Lobo Store at The Pit. The media relations office is located on the UNM South Campus in the athletic department building directly south of University Stadium and west of the Lobo tennis courts. New Mexico opens the season at home on Friday, Sept. 3 with a nationally-televised (ESPN) contest against Pac-10 power Washington State. Kickoff at University Stadium is at 6 p.m. (Mountain). The Lobos open preseason practice on Monday, Aug. 9 and will have the annual Fan Photo Day on Saturday, Aug. 21.
