Former Lobo women’s golfer Elisa Kase will participate in this weekend’s U.S. Women’s Open at the Orchards Golf Club in South Hadley, Mass., held July 1-4. Kase, a native of Albuquerque, was an All-Mountain West performer at UNM in 2001 and was a member of the 2000 and 2001 Mountain West championship teams. Live results of the tournament will be available all weekend at www.USWomensOpen.com. Kase, who has played three years on the Features Tour, will be making her first appearance at the U.S. Open.
