The sixth-ranked New Mexico women’s golf team only played three holes at the Ping/Arizona State Invitational on Friday afternoon as the tournament was suspended due to thunderstorms in the Phoenix area. First round action of the invitational, along with the second round, will take place on Saturday. The Lobos are 2-over through three holes, while Arizona State and UCLA are tied for first at even-par.
