The Lobos are proud to be a part of an important program to encourage reading in the greater Albuquerque metro area’s elementary and middle schools. One of our sponsors, Nextel Communications, has teamed up with the Lobos to support the “Read with the Lobos” program.
The program challenges students to read a minimum of six books to receive free tickets to Lobos athletic events. Two tickets are awarded for every six books read.
