New Mexico State defeated the Lobo men’s basketball team, 67-48, Wednesday night at the Pan American Center in Las Cruces. Sophomore David Chiotti led UNM with 17 points. The Lobos fall to 2-2 for the season, while the Aggies remain undefeated at 4-0. Duane John scored 33 points for NMSU to help put away the Lobos. The two teams will meet again Dec. 22 at The Pit. New Mexico returns to action this Saturday, Dec. 6 to face Texas Tech at The Pit, with tip-off slated for 1 p.m. Check back to www.golobos.com later for a complete game summary.
