CF-16, a fan-based organization, is circulating an online petition topresent to the BCS Presidential Oversight Committee demonstrating theoverwhelming fan support for a Division I-A playoff to crown a true NationalChampion. Leading up to the November 16th meeting with the BCS Presidents,the petition will only help increase fan pressure on the Committee, allowingus to negotiate meaningful change.
