The UNM Softball Team plays home games at the Lobo Softball Field. The playing surface is natural grass and the dimensions of the field are 220 down the lines, and 225 to straight away center field. Lobo Softball Field has a seating capacity for 1,500 Lobo fans.

Lobo Softball Field is a unique environment for fans to catch a game. Along with seating behind the backstop, there are two seats of permanent outfield bleachers, in left and in right field, giving fans many options and angles to catch the game. Fans can stay atop the action from one of the three full scoreboards around the field, one located over the third base dugout, and then two imbedded into the outfield fence, one in the left field corner and one in the right field corner that serve as part of the outfield wall.

Directions
Lobo Softball Field is located south of The Pit. Exit off I-25, just south of the Big-I, at Avenida Cesar Chavez and head east. Turn right (south) on University Boulevard. The Pit and the UNM Ticket Office will be on the right. Turn right into the first entrance just past The Pit. Drive through The Pit parking lot, passing the Ticket Office on your right and the Lobo Baseball Field on your left. Parking for Lobo Softball is located in the first parking lot on the left after passing the UNM Ticket Office.
