Hannah Ko joined the New Mexico women’s golf program as an assistant coach in July of 2024.
Ko starred for Long Beach State from 2019-23, earning All-Big West honors three times. As a senior in 2022-23, she was a first-team All-Big West selection as she finished third at the conference championship. A two-time conference Golfer of the Month, she also earned second-team All-Big West honors in 2021-22 and honorable mention accolades during her freshman season. Also a standout in the classroom, Ko was named to the Academic All-Big West team as a senior.
A native of Fullerton, Calif., Ko spent the past two years as a golf instructor with the Southern California Golf Association. In that role she was working with children to create positive learning environments and teach them about sportsmanship, teamwork and fundamental skills.
