Graduate Assistant (FB - Secondary, S&D)

Chloe Orange joined The University of New Mexico in August of 2020 as serves as a graduate assistant in the Lobo Student-Athlete Success Center.

Orange is a second year Doctoral Student in the Sports Administration program at UNM. She received a Master’s in Sports Administration from Hampton University where she was an Academic Advisor for the Pirate Football team while also serving as a girl’s high school basketball coach. After she graduated from the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff with a Bachelor of Science in Electronics Engineering, she enlisted into the U.S. Navy where she was an Aviation Electronics Technician and pivotal in establishing the only women’s Navy basketball team in Norfolk, Va., a team which came in third in many male dominated leagues. She is a native of Kansas City and has a dog named Swoopes.
