ALBUQUERQUE, N.M.— The Lobos take a three-game win streak on the road to Fresno State for a three-game series starting Friday evening. All three games will be streamed on the Mountain West Network with live stats available.

While the Lobos (16-18, 3-3 MW) are 9-52 all-time against the Bulldogs, UNM won its first series against Fresno State since 1993 after winning the last two games in the series last season. Fresno State enters the series 12-19 (1-2 in the MW), winning the first game against San Diego State 6-3 before dropping the last two 4-3 and 7-4. The Bulldogs split a doubleheader with Santa Clara on Wednesday.

BY THE NUMBERS
The Lobos are 4-1 in their last five games, outscoring opponents 49-33, outhitting opponents .428 to .291 and 65-43 in hits.

The Lobos have registered double-digit hits and scored eight or more runs in the last five games.

On the season, UNM is 11-2 when scoring first and 13-2 when scoring in the 1st inning. The Lobos are 11-1 when leading after the 4th, 9-1 when leading after the 5th and 11-0 when leading after the 6th. UNM is outscoring opponents 27-20 in the 5th inning, 32-24 in the 6th inning and 8-3 in the 7th inning.

The Lobos have scored 10+ runs in five games this season with a season-high 15 runs and a season-high 18 hits in game 3 at Utah State. UNM is 4-1 when scoring 10+ runs.

UNM leads the MW in batting average (.310), hits (287), total bases (410), sac bunts (19), putouts (655) and turned double plays (15), is tied for the lead in triples (9) and doubles (42) and is second in batters struck out (177), runs scored (178), in RBI (163) and hit-by-pitches (24).

UNM is 25th in the NCAA in double plays per game (0.47), 33rd in batting average (.310), 55th in doubles (42) and 67th in slugging % (.443).

Rachael Hathoot leads the MW in total bases (63) and triples (4), is second in batting average (.400), is tied for second in hits (40, behind Peyton Robinson), third in on-base percentage (.464), fifth in slugging percentage (.630) and tied for ninth in RBI (23). Entering the series, she has a 14-game hitting streak and 19 game streak of reaching base. Peyton Robinson leads the conference in hits (44) and Keyannah Chavez is second in runs scored (30), fifth in on-base percentage (.458) and eighth in batting average (.366).Maddie Boldt is tied for the conference lead in home runs with eight.

Six players have a streak of five game or longer of reaching base (Rachael Hathoot- 19, Keyannah Chavez-13, Peyton Robinson-12, Maddie Boldt-7, Emma Bramson-5, Lauren Garcia-5). Hathoot (14) and Robinson (12) have the longest hitting streaks on the team with Bramson, Chavez and Garcia all at five games.

Amber Linton is 11th in the NCAA in strikeouts with 131, eighth in innings pitched (117.0) and 38th in wins (10).

Peyton Robinson is 15th in the NCAA in hits and Rachael Hathoot is 35th in hits and 13th in triples (4). Maddie Boldt is 45th in home runs (8) and Keyannah Chavez is 75th in hits.

8 IS THE MAGIC NUMBER
UNM has scored eight runs in each of its last three wins, outscoring opponents 24-8 and outhitting opponents .451 to .189 and 37-14.

Of the 24 runs, nine came in the fifth inning and the Lobos outscored opponents 13-0 in the fifth and sixth innings combined.

UNM has registered 37 hits in the last three games with eight doubles, four home runs and a triple.

Chloe Yeatts had eight RBI with Maddie Boldt and Lauren Garcia each having five RBI, with Boldt hitting three home runs. Boldt had a 1.625 slugging percentage and Rachael Hathoot and Yeatts both had an .889 slugging percentage in the three games.

The Lobos are 6-0 when scoring eight runs this season.

BREAK IT OPEN
The eight runs scored in the 3rd inning of the third game at Utah State was the most runs scored in an inning this season, coming off of eight hits.

Five times this season the Lobos have scored five or more runs in an inning with two of them against Utah State. The Lobos also scored five runs in the sixth inning to take the lead after trailing 13-10. UNM also scored seven runs in the 3rd inning against Buffalo on Feb. 17, six runs in the first inning of the season opener at Nicholls and five runs in the fifth inning against NMSU on March 28.

LOBOS IN THE OUTFIELD
The Lobos returned outfielder Peyton Robinson, who has played in 133 games with 132 starts in her three years at UNM and started all 53 games in left last season.

So far, Keyannah Chavez (left) and Peyton Robinson (center) have started all 34 games with Maddie Boldt starting in right in 29 games, Olivia Birkinshaw in three games and Elizabeth Baylor in two.

The trio (Chavez, Robinson and Boldt) have led the Lobos at the plate, with Robinson second and Chavez third in batting average and third and fourth in total bases, and second (Chavez) and third (Robinson) in on-base percentage. Robinson leads the team (and the MW) in hits with 44 with Chavez third at 38 and Chavez leads in runs scored with 30 with Robinson third at 24.

Boldt leads the team in slugging percentage (.653) and leads with eight home runs, including a grand slam against Utah State.

Chavez leads the team with 14 walks with Boldt third with 12 and Boldt is second in total bases with 49.
