ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. – The University of New Mexico softball team has announced a schedule change for this weekend’s games.
The original schedule had Lobo softball playing Saturday at 3 p.m. CT/2 p.m. MT against the University of Houston but due to weather conditions the Lobos will be taking on Houston tomorrow night, Thursday, February 19. The time is for a 7:30 p.m. CT/6:30 p.m. MT start.

The Lobos are currently 4-6 on the season with wins over Seattle U, San Diego, UC Santa Barbara and Indiana. The 4-6 start is the best start the program has had in two years.
This weekend’s schedule for Lobo softball will be shifted around as the University of Houston game scheduled for Saturday has been moved up to Thursday.
