Michelle Miller- 6’0″ Outside Hitter from Bainbridge Island, Wash. (Bainbridge Island HS)
Coach Kelley McKee announces the recent addition of Michelle Miller to the 2005 Lobo Volleyball Roster. As a 6′ Outside Hitter from Bainbridge Island, Wash., Michelle is a physical player and a great addition to the 2005 Lobo Volleyball recruiting class. Michelle will join Joelle Ingram (Tucson, Ariz.), Sarah Kwasigroch (Palos Park, Ill.), and Gayle Tripp (Rio Rancho, N.M.) as the most recent signee of the 2005 class. Michelle brings with her a tradition of excellence to the court and the classroom; her accomplishments include:
– 8 time Bainbridge Island High School Honor Roll
– First team All-Metro League (’02, ’03, ’04)
– 2004 Washington 2nd Team All-State
– Bremerton Sun Co-Player of the Year (’04)
– Bainbridge High School Volleyball Most Valuable Player (’02-’05)
– The Sports Paper Athlete of the Month
– Led Bainbridge High School to a 3A 3rd place State Championship finish
– Bainbridge High School Team Captain (’03, ’04)
Personal: Michelle is the daughter of Bill and Julie Miller… will major in secondary education… maintains a 3.9 GPA
