2015 Cross Country: Ran in two meets … competed at the Joe Piane Notre Dame Invitational, running 17:58.0 … placed 55th at the NCAA Mountain Regional Championships after finishing in 22:27.33.

2014 Cross Country: Ran for three years at Columbia College in Missouri … won four of the five meets she ran, including the Gabby Reuveni Early Bird, MSSU Southern Stampede, St. Louis Fall Cross Country Classic and the AMC Championships … took second at the fifth meet, the NAIA Preview Meet … placed 5th overall at the NAIA Cross Country Championships at Rim Rock Farm (17:47), clinching her 4th NAIA All-American honor … named AMC Conference Runner of the Year and received Capital One Academic All-American honors.
2015 Indoors: Took runner-up honors in the 3000- and 5000-meter runs at the 2015 NAIA Indoor Track & Field National Championships (with just a 25-minute break) to claim her 5th and 6th NAIA All-American honors … won the 800, mile and the 4×800 at the AMC Conference Championships … ran 5:01.39 in the mile at the Jayhawk Classic for second place … ran a PR of 17:00.85 in the 5000 at the GVSU Big Meet Invite.
2015 Outdoors: Ran at PR of 4:40.42 in the 1500 at the SLU Billiken Invite … won the 5000 at the American Midwest Outdoor Track & Field Championships in 18:06.88 … took 11th in the 10,000 at the NAIA Outdoor Championships, finishing in 37:46.03.

2013-14
2013 Cross Country: Finished 30th with a time of 18:29 at the NAIA National Meet, becoming Columbia’s first ever All-American … finished in the top five in four other competitions, including a first-place finish (18:01) at the Missouri Southern Stampede … also finished second at the AMC Championship Meet, the Washington University Early Bird, and the Central Missouri Mule Run … first Team All-Conference recipient, three-time AMC Runner of the Week award winner (Sept. 3, 17, 24), and NAIA National Runner of the Week … named an NAIA Scholar-Athlete.
2014 Indoors: Third in the 5000 at the NAIA Indoor Championships … helped Columbia’s 4×8 and DMR to wins at the AMC Championships.
2014 Outdoors: Placed seventh in the 5000 at the NAIA Outdoor Championships, running 17:39.84 … won the 5000 and the 4×800 at the AMC Championships … took sixth in the 1500 at the Washington University Invitational.

2012
Cross Country: Season was limited due to injury, but still competed in two events … qualified for fifth individually at the Central Methodist Classic on Oct. 6, clocking in at 18:52.91…finished third overall at the St. Louis Fall Classic on Oct. 20 with a time of 19:03.40.
2013 Track: Finished fourth with a season-best time of 10:39.09 in the 3000 meter run at UCM Mule Relays on Feb. 2nd…set season-bests in both the 800 meter (2:25.61) and 1500 meter (4:53.20) at the Kip Janvrin Open on Apr. 25-26…finished the year with a season-best time of 18:00.80 in the 5000 meter run at the Dr. Keeler Invitational on May 10th…named to the Academic All-AMC team.

HIGH SCHOOL
Attended Lee’s Summit High School… Qualified for the Missouri State Cross Country Championships as a sophomore and placed 56th in the largest class … qualified for the Missouri State Track & Field Championships in the 4×800 as a sophomore … fell ill to Mononucleosis as a junior … was team captain of the cross country team junior and senior year; team qualified for sectionals in her senior year … member of the National Honors Society and Inter-Baccalaureate program.

Married to Jordan Andrews on June 13, 2015 … daughter of Greg and Denise Martin & Matt and Jackie Koch … has three siblings, Brittanie Bardon, Chris Koch, and Alex Koch … favorite food is s’mores and hobbies include baking, reading, fishing and playing with her kitten.
