2015 Cross Country:
Guided the New Mexico women’s cross country to its first national championships … led the Lobos at four of the five meets she ran at … finished within the top-10 at every meet, including a runner-up performance at the Notre Dame Invitational (time of 16:27) and a fourth-place finish at the Wisconsin adidas Invitational (19:39.3) … took second at the Mountain West Championships (22:05.19) … finished 10th overall and second on the team at the NCAA Mountain Regional Championships in Albuquerque, helping the women breeze into the NCAA Championships … at the NCAA Championships in Louisville, Kentucky, ran to fourth-place overall in 19:48.0, helping the women to place five in the top 25 and win the national title.
2016 Indoor: Did not compete.
2016 Outdoor: Followed up her transcendent cross country campaign with another title-winning season outdoors … opened the season with a sixth-place showing the 1500 at the Bryan Clay Invitational (4:18.92) … ran 9:29.31 in the 3,000-meter steeplechase at the Payton Jordan Invitational, winning the event and setting the NCAA and 2016 world lead in the event … took second in the 1500 at the Mountain West Championships (4:25.77) … breezed through the steeplechase at the NCAA West Preliminary Round, clocking a winning time of 9:51.48 … won the NCAA title in the 3000 steeplechase at the NCAA Outdoor Championships in Eugene, Oregon, dominating the field to win in an NCAA-record time of 9:24.41 … finished her career with four of the top 10 steeplechase times in NCAA history between her time at New Mexico and UMKC … semifinalist for the Bowerman Award … Signed a pro contract with the Bowerman Track Club … named MW Scholar-Athlete of the Year and MW Athlete of the Year … nominated for the NCAA Woman of the Year Award … took second in the steeplechase at the U.S. Olympic Team Trials, advancing to the 2016 Summer Olympic Games in Rio de Janeiro, where she placed 11th in the finals with a time of 9:22.87.

Competed six times for the Roos, winning four races … wins include the Forest Park Cross Country Festival, the ISU Pre-Nationals Invitational, the WAC Championships and the NCAA Midwest Region Championships … took seventh at the Roy Griak Invitational … ran to All-American status at the NCAA Championships, finishing 13th as the third-best individual athlete.
2015 Indoor: Competed at four meets … won the 5000-meter run at the Hoosier Open, running 15:48.12 … helped UMKC’s DMR squad to a win at the Jayhawk Classic … won the 3000 and 5000 at the WAC Championships … took fifth in the 5000 at the NCAA Championships, running a personal-record 15:47.56.
2015 Outdoor: Ran at six meets … ran the 3000 steeplechase at the Stanford Invitational and Payton Jordan Invitational, winning both … took eighth in the 1500 at the Bryan Clay Invitational (4:22.59) … handily won the 5000 and the steeplechase at the WAC Championships … took first in the steeple at the NCAA West Preliminary Round en route to earning runner-up honors in the event at the NCAA Championships with a personal-record time of 9:31.36.

2013-14 
2013 Cross Country:
Dominated the Woody Greeno/Nebraska Invitational …. won the Gold Division race at the Notre Dame Invitational with a 5K time of 17:18.2 … consequently recognized as the WAC Athlete of the Week… became the first female to compete at the NCAA Cross Country Championship, qualifying with a personal best time of 20:25.0 at the Midwest Regionals… finished 38th at nationals, to earn All-American honors with a time of 20:44.5.
2014 Indoors: Garnered First Team All-WAC honors by winning the 3,000 meter run with a school record and WAC Championships meet record time of 9:35.89… won the 3,000 meter run with a time of 9:46.19 at the Jayhawk Classic… won the 5,000 meter run at both the Alex Wilson Invitational (16:20.21) and the WAC Championships (17:45.89/First Team All-WAC) in the 5,000 meter run, while setting the school record with a time of 16:19.67 at the Iowa State Classic to place 10th.

2012 Cross Country:
Did not compete.
2013 Indoors: At The Summit League Championships, won the gold medal in both the 3,000 meters and 5,000 meters … at the Alex Wilson Invitational, set school records in the 5,000 meters and mile … took second (9:47.63) in the 3,000 meters at the Iowa State Classic … won the mile event at the Jayhawk Classic by crossing the finish line at 5:11.95… was part of a DMR that placed ninth (12:16.65) at the Iowa State Classic.
2013 Outdoor: Named First Team USTFCCCA All-American… finished sixth in the nation in the 3,000-meter Steeplechase at the NCAA Championships with a school record time of 9:55.02 and fourth at the NCAA West Regionals in a time of 9:59.43… named The Summit League Women’s Outdoor Track & Field Athlete of the Year… named All-Summit League… won the 5,000-meter run at the Summit League Championships in a meet record time of 16:42.63… won the 3,000-meter Steeplechase at the Summit League Championships in a meet record time of 10:15.79… set the school record in the 5,000 meter run with a time of 16:22.98 to finish seventh at the Mt. SAC Relays

2011-12
2011 Cross Country:
 Finished 23rd (23:05.32) in The Summit League Championships … recorded a personal best time (11:59.58) in a 2K race at the Oral Roberts Invitational with her seventh place finish… recorded a personal best time (14:54.59) in a 4K race at the J.K. Gold Classic with her 10th place finish… finished 49th (18:36.06) at the Cowboy Jamboree with a personal best finish in a 6K race.
2012 Indoors:  Recorded a personal time of 10:02.06 in the 3,000 meters to place fourth at The Summit League Championships for the second best performance in team history… placed second (10:20.85) in the 3,000 meters at the Holiday Inn Invitational … recorded a personal best time of 17:33.79 in the 5,000 meters to finish fourth at The Summit League Championships with the fifth best time in team history… set a personal best time in the mile at the Jayhawk Classic to place fourth (Section 1)… Was part of a distance medley group that placed second (12:28.51) at the Jayhawk Classic.
2012 Outdoor: Took first in the 3,000 meters with a time of 10:12.23 at the State Farm/ESU Relays in what was the fourth best performance in team history… set a then-school record (10:34.48) at the MU Relays in the 3,000-meter steeplechase to finish first… placed ninth (10:42.23) in the 3,000-meter steeplechase at the Mt. SAC Relays for the second best performance in team history… at the NCAA West Regional, placed 36th (10:55.29) in the 3,000-meter steeplechase for the third fastest time in team history.

HIGH SCHOOL
KADI Athlete of the Week as a freshman (track)… Earned all-conference, all-district, team MVP, KSPR Athlete of the Week as a senior (cross country)… posted a freshman-best 2:24 in 800 meters as a freshman… holds school records in fastest time finished in a 5K race (18:12), longest triple jump (34 ‘5.5″), and fastest time in a 4×800-meter relay (10:02)… 2010 conference competition, team placed first in Class 4… four-year letterman in soccer as a midfielder/forward… All-district and all-honorable mention (soccer)… two-time regional qualifier in gymnastics.
