GoLobos.com Partners With Website Alive to Create Live Chat Feature

Lobo Athletics fans will have new and exciting method of customer service to utilize when they visit GoLobos.com as a result of a new partnership between the athletic department and Website Alive. 
 
Website Alive is an innovative online communications provider which will enable Lobo Athletics to provide enhanced customer service to our fans. The new feature is the latest technology based customer service platform which allows fans to communicate directly with Lobo Athletics staff members via online chat.  
 
“This technology will allow Lobo fans to interact with a department representative in real-time,” said Deputy AD Brad Hutchins. “We strive to improve the fan experience, and Website Alive gives us another avenue to engage fans in a one-on-one fashion.”

Lobo Athletic staff members will be able to answer question regarding tickets, events and availability in real time. To take advantage of this new feature, fans who visit GoLobos.com during normal business hours (Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m.-5 p.m.) can click the “Chat” button on the website and submit their question.
