New Mexico Game Notes | ULM Game Notes
ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. — The New Mexico Lobos, after a huge 45-40 win over Air Force in the The Cotton Bowl on Saturday afternoon in hot and muggy Dallas, Texas, return home to face a non-conference opponent in ULM on Saturday night at University Stadium. The game will officially kickoff at 7:08 p.m. and it will be televised on ROOT SPORTS Rocky Mountain.
Once again, there are plenty of great promotions along with the game, including a post game fireworks show. The game is UNM’s Lobos Love Pink and Teacher Appreciation game. The first 5,000 fans through the gates will receive a Lobo Spirit Sleeve, and fans will all receive Strawberry Milk as an exit giveaway. The Lobo Women’s Basketball Team will be recognized during the game, and at halftime, the 2016 Hall of Honor Class will be recognized. The 2016 Hall of Honor Class includes Jeanne Fairchild (Volleyball), Don Flanagan (Women’s Basketball Coach), Lisa Chiavario Henry (Track & Field), Edward Stokes (Football). Also joining the inductees is the 2015 Women’s Cross Country team which won the NCAA National Championship, and 2016 Distinguished Service Award Winner Stu Walker, UNM’s long-time P.A. announcer who passed away last football season.
Once again, fans will have a chance to purchase 50-50 raffle tickets, with the money raised split between the Lobo Club and the winner. Once again, there will be four additional prizes After the winner of the 50-50 raffle is drawn, four other tickets will be drawn, with two winning tickets getting $500 credits for Heritage Hotels, and two winning tickets will receive $500 towards purchases for airline tickets from Southwest Airlines.

The game between UNM and ULM is the first ever meeting between the two squads. ULM is a member of the Sun Belt, and UNM will be playing its final non-conference game of the season. A win would give UNM two non-conference wins for the fifth straight season, making Bob Davie the first coach to win at least two non-conference in each of his first five seasons since Ted Shipkey did it from 1937-41.
BUYING TICKETS & COMING TO THE GAME

The Ticket Office in WisePies Arena is open from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. during the week, and the University Stadium Box Office will open at 3 p.m. Fans getting tickets closer to game time should use the Northwest Corner ticket booths, as there are more windows, which means shorter lines.

In conjunction with Levy Restaurants, credit cards will be accepted at all concessions. Speaking of concessions, this week’s specialty item is an Italian Sausage Burger, which will be sold for $9.
